Guillem Bayo presents works in which electronics are blended with everyday life through the transformation of common objects into hybrid technological devices. These pieces of apparatus are surrounded by the familiar halo of ordinariness and yet at the same time they contain the large measure of technological sophistication that is characteristic of this artist's oeuvre, forming a series of works that in some way has its own lifecycle.

The particular feature of the pieces created by Bayo on this occasion is that they generate music.
The main idea is for them to produce random sounds based on parameters that spectators can modify. In this way, part of the control is dispersed, thereby pushing the result still further.

Bayo thus transports us into a world in which the spectator will be able to play music by handling the objects that the artist will create over a period of time in the exhibition space. This will be a laboratory open to the public and visitors will be encouraged to form part of the project by interacting with the objects created, to create pieces of their own and to participate in related activities and events.
