Twelve notebooks for a critical optimism
Curator: Simeón Saiz Ruiz

Optimism, simply by being present, can sometimes exert a critical function, provided that its aim is public in nature.

At times, optimism is the confidence that old maxims can be brought back to life that have nothing to do with acceptance, resignation and submission, but with enjoyment and another lifestyle and other values.

The aim of our project is to create an image of the actions of men and women of today that express joy about or within an event of a public nature. This joy means that even under extreme circumstances, individuals are human beings.
