The Museum of Contemporary Art of the Basque Country, Artium Museoa, is promoting a project for research, preservation of memory and generation of knowledge in the context of contemporary art. It is a project that involves the development and implementation of archives linked to artistic practices with the aim of unifying, systematising, completing and enriching the information currently available.

It is an initiative that helps to understand and contextualise the artistic practices developed in the Basque Country in the 20th and 21st centuries.
