Liquid Cartographies provides a transversal approach to the premises of the recently deceased Zygmunt Bauman (1925-2017) and his idea of liquid modernity, as based on the work of twelve Mexican and Spanish artists. This exhibition is coproduced by Museo de Arte Carrillo Gil and Artium.

Iñurrieta. Ke usted lo pase bien

Catalogue of the exhibition "Santos Iñurrieta. Hope U have a good time", published by Artium of Alava. The exhibition presents us with 60 large-format paintings and a series of 16 drawings, gouaches measuring 70 x 100 cm, all of which have been produced in recent years. Santos has used them to create an accurate picture of his creative universe. It is difficult to point out any featured figure among the beings that inhabit these large canvases. In his painting work, a composition of perfectly assembled scenes disperses attention because of its enormous amount of elements, which are becoming increasingly more numerous as his paintings progress over time. This exhibition is produced by Artium.

Grey Flag. The Project

Publication “Grey Flag. The Project”, by Artium of Alava. The program was born in the context of culture suffering both from the economic crisis and from a deteoriation its consideration as an essential value of an advanced society. It arose therefore from the need to send a message, loud and clear, in defense of culture and art. The project took the form of a banner made of a huge canvas placed on the east facade of the museum. This publication includes the project period from 2012 to 2014.
